Yes. If you rent with an operator, full on-site support is included. For self-install rentals, remote tech support is available during business hours.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial fee. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
